
St. Louis, MO, August 1, 2025 – The University of Missouri-St. Louis is proud to announce an exciting new dining partnership with Elior Collegiate Dining. Serving higher education for over 40 years, Elior will serve more than 10,000 students daily.
Students will also feel at home with Elior’s diversified portfolio of fresh food and signature brands including options that appeal to regional tastes. In addition to signature brands, Elior continues to offer a variety of “must-have” menu items including locally loved Dolce Vita fueled by Kaldi Coffee. Elior is committed to supporting local roasters, and when possible, incorporates these local favorites into its portfolio of trending brands.
Fueled by BeWell, a health and wellness platform, will also be offered. Developed by our team of registered dietitian nutritionists, Fueled enhances optimal performance for student-athletes and active individuals.
Fresh to Go Market freshly packaged meals and other snacks will be available for purchase from the Catalyst Café located in the Science and Learning Center and the Oak Hall c-store which will also sell health and other sundries.
Finally, as part of this new partnership, renovations to dining areas are already underway creating destination spaces that will completement Elior’s signature brands. More will be unveiled during a ribbon cutting celebration at the start of the 2025 fall semester.
